OXPHOS-IN-1 is a small molecule inhibitor of oxidative phosphorylation. It demonstrates anti-proliferative activity in pancreatic cancer cell lines, with IC50 values of 2.34 μM in MIA PaCa-2 cells and 13.82 μM in BxPC-3 cells. This compound is a useful research tool for studying mitochondrial metabolism in cancer models, both in vitro and in vivo.
