PDE10-IN-5 is a selective phosphodiesterase 10A (PDE10A) inhibitor used as a research tool. It facilitates the study of striatal signaling in preclinical models of CNS disorders, including schizophrenia and Huntington's disease, through both in vitro and in vivo experiments.
