FLT3-IN-14

FLT3-IN-14 is a potent small molecule inhibitor targeting both wild-type (IC50=5.6 nM) and ITD-mutant FLT3 (IC50=1.4 nM) . It suppresses FLT3 phosphorylation, induces G1 phase cell cycle arrest, and promotes apoptosis, making it a valuable tool for in vitro and in vivo research in acute myeloid leukemia.
