CDK6/PIM1-IN-1

CDK6/PIM1-IN-1 is a potent dual inhibitor of CDK6 (IC50: 39 nM) and PIM1 (IC50: 88 nM), also strongly inhibiting CDK4 (IC50: 3.6 nM) . It demonstrates anti-AML activity by inhibiting cell proliferation, inducing G1 phase arrest, and promoting apoptosis in acute myeloid leukemia models.
