IRAK4-IN-15 is a highly selective and potent IRAK4 inhibitor with an IC50 of 2 nM, favorable predicted human pharmacokinetics, and low intrinsic clearance. It demonstrates synergistic anti-proliferative activity with Acalabrutinib in vitro against MyD88/CD79B double-mutant activated B-cell diffuse large B-cell lymphoma models.
