HDAC-IN-39
HDAC-IN-39 is a potent small molecule inhibitor of HDAC1, HDAC2, and HDAC3 with IC50 values in the low micromolar range. It induces G2/M phase cell cycle arrest, inhibits microtubule polymerization, and demonstrates anti-proliferative activity against drug-resistant cancer cell lines in vitro.
