Dasabuvir sodium
Dasabuvir sodium (ABT-333) is a non-nucleoside inhibitor of the HCV NS5B RNA-dependent RNA polymerase. It demonstrates potent activity against HCV genotype 1a and 1b replicons in vitro and has been used in research investigating antiviral mechanisms and combination therapies for hepatitis C.
