Bafrekalant

Bafrekalant is a diazabicyclo-substituted imidazo[1,2-a]pyrimidine derivative. It is a research compound used in the study of sleep-related breathing disorders, including obstructive and central sleep apnoea, facilitating both in vitro receptor binding assays and in vivo animal model experiments.
