Safusidenib

Safusidenib is an orally bioavailable, mutant-selective IDH1 inhibitor with potent activity against IDH1R132H (IC50=15 nM) and IDH1R132C (IC50=130 nM) . It demonstrates antitumor efficacy in chondrosarcoma models and is a valuable tool for in vitro and in vivo research targeting IDH1-mutant cancers.
