HGGPPS-IN-2
HGGPPS-IN-2 is a C-2 substituted thienopyrimidinyl bisphosphonate analog that potently inhibits human geranylgeranyl pyrophosphate synthase (hGGPPS) . It induces selective apoptosis in multiple myeloma cells and has demonstrated anti-myeloma efficacy in both in vitro and in vivo studies.
