EGFR-IN-50

EGFR-IN-50 is a potent small molecule inhibitor targeting EGFR resistance mutations, including L858R and T790M/L858R, with GI50 values of 8 nM and 6.03 μM in respective BaF3 cell models. It is a valuable research tool for studying non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) resistance mechanisms and evaluating anti-proliferative effects in vitro.
