Antitumor agent-37

Antitumor agent-37 is a potent small molecule that inhibits cancer cell proliferation and metastasis by inducing DNA damage (γ-H2AX/p53) and mitochondrial apoptosis (Bcl-2/Bax/caspase-3) . It also modulates the tumor immune microenvironment by suppressing PD-L1 and enhancing CD3+/CD8+ T-cell infiltration, demonstrating utility in both in vitro and in vivo oncology research.
