ABC44
ABC44 is a potent serine hydrolase inhibitor, exhibiting IC50 values of 0.1 μM (in situ) and 6.5 μM (in vitro) against palmitoyl protein thioesterase 1 (PPT1) . This small molecule is a valuable research tool for investigating the mechanisms of late infantile neuronal ceroid lipofuscinosis (CLN1 disease) in both cellular and animal models.
