Debio 0617B
Debio 0617B is a multi-kinase inhibitor targeting JAK, ABL, SRC, and class III/V RTKs upstream of STAT3/STAT5. It impairs maintenance and self-renewal of human AML stem/progenitor cells in vitro and is a research tool for studying STAT3-driven malignancies, including solid tumors, in preclinical models.
