Specificity
RV202-HRP reacts exclusively with vimentin, which is expressed in mesenchymal cells and mesenchymal derived tumors e.g. lymphoma, sarcoma and melanoma. RV202-HRP is suitable for immunoblotting, immunocytochemistry on cell cultures and cytospins, as well as immunohistochemistry on frozen tissues. Optimal antibody dilution should be determined by titRation; recommended range is 1:10.
