Neochamaejasmine A
Neochamaejasmin A is a bioactive small molecule that suppresses proliferation of human prostate cancer LNCaP cells (IC50 12.5 μg/mL) . It induces G1 cell cycle arrest via p21 activation and triggers apoptosis through the Fas-caspase-8-caspase-3 pathway, making it a candidate for anticancer research in vitro.
