Bomedemstat (IMG-7289) is an orally bioavailable, irreversible LSD1 inhibitor exhibiting antineoplastic activity in mouse models of myeloproliferative neoplasms. It is applied in research for acute myeloid leukemia and myelofibrosis, including in vitro studies on cell lines and in vivo preclinical experiments.
