Triciferol
Triciferol is a dual-action small molecule functioning as a potent VDR agonist (IC50 = 87 nM) and an HDAC antagonist. It mimics 1,25D activity on target genes, induces tubulin and histone hyperacetylation, and demonstrates potent antiproliferative and cytotoxic effects in cancer cell models in vitro.
