Gelsevirine
Gelsevirine is a novel STING inhibitor isolated from Gelsemium elegans. It exhibits anxiolytic and antiproliferative properties, suppressing interferon and inflammatory cytokine production in macrophages activated by STING agonists. This compound also demonstrates efficacy in attenuating STING-driven inflammatory responses in models of sepsis.
