Kurarinol
Kurarinol is a small molecule inhibitor of sortase A (IC50 = 107.7 ± 6.6 μM) and a potent tyrosinase inhibitor. It is investigated in vitro for its role in disrupting bacterial adhesion and as a candidate agent for modulating melanin biosynthesis in skin-whitening research.
