Purified Chicken IgY

Lyophilized material should be kept at 2-8°C until rehydrated and will remain stable for two years.<br>Rehydrate by adding 0.5ml of reagent quality water to the product vial. Store the liquid solution at 2-8°C for up to a week: Thereafter, aliquots should be prepared and store frozen. Stable for a minimum of 1 year at -20°C to -80°C. Multiple freeze-thaw cycles are not recommended.

Antibody concentration was determine by extinction coefficient: OD. 1.32 at 280nM equals 1.0mg of IgY. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator.
