Ailanthoidol
Ailanthoidol is a bioactive small molecule with demonstrated anti-inflammatory and chemopreventive properties. It inhibits macrophage-mediated inflammation, protects against endotoxin shock in vivo, and suppresses adipogenesis in vitro by downregulating PPARγ and C/EBPα expression.
