Grifolin

Grifolin is a bioactive small molecule with demonstrated anticancer activity, inducing apoptosis and cell cycle arrest in ovarian cancer cells via ERK1/2 and Akt pathway inhibition. It also promotes oligodendrocyte precursor cell differentiation under injury models and exhibits antimicrobial, antifungal, and antileishmanial properties in vitro, alongside hypocholesterolemic effects observed in rat studies.
