Piscidinol A exhibits cytotoxic activity against 4T1 and HEp2 cancer cell lines with IC50 values of 8.0 ± 0.03 μM and 8.4 ± 0.01 μM, respectively. It also demonstrates anti-inflammatory properties by inhibiting nitric oxide (NO) production in mouse peritoneal macrophages, with inhibition ranging from 39.8% to 68.2%.
