α, β-Methylene ATP dilithium is a phosphonate ATP analog and potent selective agonist for P2X1 and P2X3 receptors, with minimal activity at other P2X subtypes. It is widely used in pharmacological research to study purinergic signaling in pain pathways and neurogenic inflammation, both in vitro and in vivo.
