ChE/Aβ1-42-IN-1

ChE/Aβ1-42-IN-1 is a multi-target agent for Alzheimer's disease research, potently inhibiting AChE (IC50=0.062 μM), BuChE (IC50=0.767 μM), and Aβ1-42 aggregation (IC50=1.227 μM) . Its excellent blood-brain barrier permeability makes it suitable for in vitro and in vivo studies investigating cholinesterase and amyloid pathology.
