Tubulin polymerization-IN-6 (5f) is a potent tubulin polymerization inhibitor (IC50 = 1.09 μM) with anti-angiogenic properties, effectively inhibiting cell migration and tube formation in vitro and suppressing tumor growth in HT29 xenograft mouse models in vivo.
