Cathepsin C-IN-5

Cathepsin C-IN-5 (SF38) is a potent, selective, and orally bioavailable Cathepsin C inhibitor (IC50 = 59.9 nM) . It demonstrates anti-inflammatory effects by reducing Cat C activity in vivo, suppressing neutrophil serine protease activation in bone marrow and blood, and shows high selectivity over related cathepsins.
