TPB15

TPB15 is an orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor of Hedgehog signaling that acts by blocking Smoothened ciliary translocation and reducing its expression. It demonstrates potent anti-proliferative and pro-apoptotic activity in vitro, such as in MDA-MB-468 cells, and shows promising in vivo anti-tumor efficacy with a favorable toxicity profile.
