IDO1-IN-13

IDO1-IN-13 (compound 27a) is a potent IDO1 inhibitor, demonstrating an IC50 of 61.6 nM and an EC50 of 30 nM in HeLa cells. In vivo, it significantly reduced the kynurenine/tryptophan ratio by 51% in SK-OV-3 xenograft models, supporting its utility in cancer immunology and immunotherapy research.
