CDK1-IN-4
CDK1-IN-4 is a potent and selective CDK1 inhibitor (IC50 = 44.52 nM), with additional activity against CDK5 and CDK2. It disrupts the cell cycle, inhibiting cancer cell proliferation in vitro, and is a useful chemical probe for oncology research, including studies of cell cycle dynamics and antitumor mechanisms.
