AG6033 is a novel cereblon (CRBN) modulator that degrades GSPT1 and IKZF1, inducing CRBN-dependent cytotoxicity. It is used in cancer research to study targeted protein degradation and has demonstrated antitumor activity in both cellular and animal models of hematological malignancies.
