H-1152
H-1152 is a potent and cell-permeable ROCK inhibitor with a Ki of 1.6 nM. It promotes neurite outgrowth in cultured neurons and blocks LPA-induced MARCKS phosphorylation at Ser159. This compound is widely used in neuroscience research to investigate Rho/ROCK signaling pathways in neuronal development, axon guidance, and regeneration models both in vitro and in vivo.
