Methacholine bromide

Methacholine bromide is a selective M3 muscarinic receptor agonist used to induce bronchoconstriction in research. It is a standard agent for assessing airway hyperresponsiveness (AHR) in both clinical and preclinical asthma research models, including in vivo bronchoprovocation challenges and in vitro studies of smooth muscle contraction.
