Taxinine
Taxinine and its analog Taxinine B are P-glycoprotein (P-gp/ABCB1) inhibitors that can reverse multidrug resistance (MDR) in vitro. These compounds are useful research tools for investigating MDR mechanisms and for potentiating the efficacy of chemotherapeutic agents in cellular models.
