Anti-Phospho-Ser295 Beclin-1

For long term storage -80 °C is recommended, but shorter term storage at -20 °C is al acceptable as aliquots may be taken without freeze/thawing due to the presence of 50% glycerol. Stock solutions are stable for a minimum of 1 year at - 20 °C.

Specific for the ~60k beclin1 protein phosphorylated at Ser295. Immunolabeling of the beclin-1 band is eliminated in the beclin-1 alanine substitution mutant.
