Specificity
This antibody recognizes cytokeratin-7. Cytokeratins are a subfamily of intermediate filament proteins but this antibody does not Recognise other intermediate filament proteins. The antibody reacts with proteins that are found in most ductal, glandular, transitional, and biliary duct epithelial cells.
