Octacosyl (E) -ferulate
Octacosyl ferulate is a concentration-dependent inhibitor of PK-C-mediated histone H3-S phosphorylation. It significantly reduces TPA-induced inflammatory activity in murine models, making it a useful research tool for studying protein kinase C signaling and inflammation in both in vitro and in vivo contexts.
