Chamigrenol is a bioactive small molecule that potently inhibits Na+/K+-ATPase activity (IC50 = 15.9 ± 0.54 μg/mL) . This inhibitory action makes it a candidate for research in cardiovascular physiology, ion channel studies, and as a potential lead for developing novel antimicrobial agents in both in vitro and in vivo models.
