Andropanolide is a bioactive diterpenoid isolated from Andrographis paniculata. It exhibits anti-HIV, antimalarial, and anticancer properties and has been shown in vitro to suppress LPS-induced nitric oxide overproduction in RAW264.7 macrophage cells.
