Balaglitazone
Balaglitazone is a selective partial agonist of the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma (PPARγ) with an EC50 of 1.351 μM. It is utilized in diabetes research as an adjunct to insulin therapy for glucose regulation and has been investigated in preclinical models of cardiovascular conditions, including heart failure and myocardial infarction.
