Anti-Mouse Ig:DyLight 594 Secondary Antibody

This antibody has been pre-adsorbed with various immunoglobulins from non-mouse species before affinity-purification using mouse IgG coupled to agarose beads. Purified goat polyclonal antibody was conjugated to DyLight 594 fluorophore (Excitation = 593nM; Emission = 618nM). This secondary reagent can be used to detect mouse immunoglobulins in various immunofluorescence applications, such as immunocytochemistry, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry.
