Specificity

The antibody was affinity purified using phospho-eEF2K (Ser-359) peptide (without carrier). This antibody detects a 105kDa* protein corresponding to the molecular mass of eEF2K on SDS-PAGE immunoblots of human recombinant eEF2K phosphorylated with p38 MAP kinase. This reactivity is removed after lambda phosphatase treatment.
