Rabbit anti MEK1/2 (pSer218/222), Phosphospecific

The antibodies are stable for 12 months from date of receipt when stored at -20 °C to -70 °C. The antibodies can be stored at 2 °C-8 °C for three month without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freezing-thawing cycles.

This antibody recognizes ~44/45 kDa of human MEK1 protein at the phosphorylation site of Ser 218/222 or MEK2 (pS222/226). It does not cross react to nonphospho MEK1/2. This antibody also reacts with mouse and rat, chicken. The other species are not tested.
