Reversine
Reversine is a synthetic 2,6-disubstituted purine analog that potently inhibits Aurora kinase isoforms A, B, and C with IC50 values ranging from 150 to 500 nM. This cell-permeable compound is widely used in vitro to study cell cycle regulation, cytokinesis, and cellular dedifferentiation, and has been applied in vivo within experimental models of tissue regeneration.
