LH-846
LH846 is a potent and selective casein kinase 1 delta (CK1δ) inhibitor with an IC50 of 290 nM, showing significantly lower activity against CK1ε, CK1α, and no effect on CK2. This tool compound is used in vitro and in vivo to study circadian rhythms, Wnt signaling, and cancer research pathways dependent on CK1δ activity.
