Val-Cit-PAB-MMAE
Val-Cit-PAB-MMAE is a drug-linker conjugate for antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), comprising the protease-cleavable Val-Cit-PAB linker and the cytotoxic payload monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE) . MMAE potently inhibits tubulin polymerization, disrupting mitosis. This conjugate is widely used in ADC research for targeted cancer therapy, enabling the evaluation of drug delivery and efficacy in both in vitro and in vivo models.
