UNC2541 is a highly potent and selective small molecule inhibitor of Mer tyrosine kinase (MerTK), binding its ATP pocket with an IC50 of 4.4 nM and inhibiting phosphorylated MerTK (pMerTK) with an EC50 of 510 nM. This tool compound is widely used in vitro and in vivo to investigate MerTK's role in immunology, oncology, and efferocytosis.
