7-Chlorokynurenic acid
7-Chlorokynurenic acid is a selective NMDA receptor glycine site antagonist (IC50 = 0.56 μM) and a glutamate reuptake inhibitor (Ki = 0.59 μM) . It is widely used in neuroscience research to study excitatory neurotransmission, neuropathic pain mechanisms, and has demonstrated antinociceptive effects in animal models following central administration.
