Flunarizine dihydrochloride is a selective calcium channel blocker with calmodulin antagonistic and H1 antihistamine properties. It is utilized in research for migraine and epilepsy prophylaxis, as well as in studies on peripheral vascular disease and vertigo, supported by both in vitro binding assays and in vivo pharmacological models.
